We want you to love your BYOM piece. Because our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
